What sizes are available?
The Signature Collection (ADDICTED, Ice of Heaven and Rouge Elite) comes in 50ml. The Discovery Collection comes in 10ml and 20ml. Choose your size on the product page — the price shown updates for the size you select.
How do I place an order?
Choose a fragrance and size, tap Add to Bag, then open your Shopping Bag and select Proceed to Checkout. At checkout you enter your contact and delivery details, then choose from the shipping and payment options shown.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is ₹49 on orders below ₹800 and free on orders of ₹800 or more. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days in Kerala and Karnataka and 5–8 business days in the rest of India. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
Because perfume is a personal-care product, we can't accept returns of opened or used bottles, or returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives broken, leaking, wrong or with an item missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we will replace it or refund you. How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we send the tracking details to the email address or phone number you gave at checkout. You can also sign in to your account to see your orders.
