Shipping Policy
AD Perfumes ships to addresses within India.
Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Remote areas, bad weather, festivals and courier delays can add time.
Shipping charges
Shipping is ₹49 on orders below ₹800 and free on orders of ₹800 or more. The final charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on our website include GST.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we will send the tracking details to the email address or phone number you gave at checkout. You can also sign in to your account on our website to see your orders.
Delivery address
Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. The courier may call you before delivery. We can't change an address after the order has shipped. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange another delivery, and a new shipping charge may apply.
Damaged parcels
If the outer package looks damaged when it arrives, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Refund & Return Policy.
