Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit or buy from the AD Perfumes online store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is complete and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. Orders can't be cancelled by the customer once placed, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken through the secure payment options shown at checkout; we do not store your card or bank details.

4. Products

We describe each fragrance as accurately as we can. How a scent smells and how long it lasts varies from person to person and with skin, weather and how it is applied, so these are not guaranteed. Photos are for illustration and packaging may change.

5. Safe use

Perfume is for external use only. Do a patch test before first use, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep away from children, heat and open flame, as perfume is flammable.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Damaged, wrong or missing items, and refunds, are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the details you give us being correct.

8. Our content

The AD PERFUMES name, logo, product photos and website text belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission near you.
